Nestled in upper Queen Anne, just a few blocks away from the iconic views of Kerry Park, sits Betty Restaurant. We are proud to have continued to be a Seattle neighborhood staple for over 12 years. Our menu is best defined as seasonally- driven, thoughtfully prepared comfort food. Betty is a gem and in some ways a throwback - to a time when the food and the guest were the most important part of the dining experience.

    Every time we go to dinner at Betty, we are not disappointed. From wine to starter to main to dessert, everything was beautifully prepared and presented. Portions are generous without being excessive. Service was attentive without being intrusive. We didn't feel rushed to eat and leave, and the wait person paid attention enough to note that I had not finished my main, and asked (before I did) if I needed it boxed.

    The food was amazing as always. Our server was lovely and so kind. We especially loved her Kermit the frog hat. We had a great birthday dinner celebration with friends.

    Talk about a 5 star experience! Betty has great cocktails, but I brought in a cocktail recipe from a restaurant in Mandalay Bay and asked if they could make a drink as close to the recipe as possible. One of the ingredients was not available, but our server, Jake, and the bartender created a fabulous drink that my guest also loved. We started by sharing a pear and pistachio salad on butter lettuce. It was lovely to look at and refreshing, flavorful, and very generous so sharing was perfect. We loved every bit. But then, we split the special of the season the Octoberfest entree! It was Elk bratwurst, a glorious color of red (and very yummy) juxtaposed next to a grilled pork loin, sauerkraut, a baked apple stuffed with something delicious, and a soft pretzel roll. All of this was served with a generous serving of mustard cheese fondue! It was wonderful meal with exceptional service. The only thing I wish we could change in Betty is the noise level. When the place is full, it is hard to hear across the table.

    The service was wonderful, however, the noise level was so loud, very difficult to have conversation.

    Fabulous food! Two of us had the pan-roasted chicken which was outstanding. Our other companion had lasagne, which looked amazing and he loved it. We sat at the chef counter and got to watch these talented chefs in action. It was so fun to see how they multi-task... amazing!!

    Food is always consistently great. Their pear and squash soup was amazing as well as pear and blue cheese salad.

    Friendly neighborhood bistro with excellent food. When ordering wine by the glass they don’t skimp on the pour.
