This was the first time our two relatives were there and they loved it. We love the remodel where everything is wide open now and the nice windows facing the mall hallway. The food was great as always and so was the staff. It’s energetic yes but it is very loud and hard to hear a little bit, but doesn’t seem as bad as it was before This is our go to place for something special.

What I liked about my experience there was I told the waitress that I had a short time to dine. She efficiently had my food out timely manner. She also expedited so I can pay ahead of time, very accommodating and friendly service.

From the minute we walked in, everyone was so gracious. Our server was wonderful. She had a great personality! The quality and quantity of the food was wonderful! I even have dinners for the next night!

When we arrive we were easily found on the reservation list. We were seated in a good area and our server was super kind. I've always love coming to Big Bowl and as long as you guys are still here, will continue to come back. Food is always delicious and worth the money.

Dumplings are very good! Order appetizers here. DON'T order main dishes. Really poorly prepared and definitely don't do the wok experience where you pick you sauce, protein and veggies. Everything is cooked together at the same time - not the proper technique for wok prepared meals at all. Tasted terrible -- like mush. Just don't. So stick with appetizers and drinks and you'll be okay.
