BBQ & Lobstershack. We're a local institution, with an international following, this powerhouse of a restaurant is set over 2 huge floors in Covent Garden boasting a 9m wow factor bar on the ground floor & a more intimate speak-easy style shelter bar on the lower deck.

We proudly offer a large slice of easy going living, inspired by the Gulf Coast, with live bands 7 nights week, a friendly welcoming atmosphere, fresh cocktails, ice cold beers and generous portions of
good old home-style cooking offering Home-Smoked BBQ & Fresh East Coast Lobsters.

Fast forward to today and we continue to uphold those time-honoured traditions; social occasions of the bygone age, friends getting together over great fresh food, plentiful drinks and music - these never go out of fashion.

There is also the option to hire one floor or exclusive use of the restaurant for your event. We can also accommodate drinks reception parties on both upper & lower decks of the restaurant and will be happy to discuss your requirements.     Location Top, cibo super, musica dal vivo. Non manco occasione per tornare quando mi trovo a Londra. Consigliatissimo

    Cibo di ottima qualità, sia la carne che il panino con l’aragosta. Ambiente senza aria condizionata ma la location è meravigliosa. Un po’ rumoroso per via della musica ma in assoluto il miglior locale dove abbiamo mangiato a Londra. Super consigliato

    Sono ritornata già per la terza volta ! È una location allegra , mi piace la musica , lo staff e giovane e veloce ! Ho mangiato molto bene , la carne era buonissima. Anche il dolce . Lo consiglio !!!!!! Quando tornerò a Londra ... Andro ‘ di nuovo !!!!!

    The food came quite quickly and when it came, it was very nice indeed. Can't fault it at all

    We usually make the trip down to London a few times a year and a trip to The Big Easy is typically always on the cards, however the service was so awful we likely won’t be back. Upon arrival we sat at the table for about 10 minutes without anyone coming to acknowledge us or take a drink order, food and drinks were ordered the same time, with both arriving together. My 4 year old son’s food was forgotten as well as two of the side orders. We hadn’t been checked on and had to flag down a staff member to ask for our son’s food. No one checked how the food was until well after we finished, we were never offered a second drink, nor were we offered desserts. We had also asked for a scoop of ice cream with a candle as we were celebrating a birthday, that was also forgotten and we hadn’t to go down and ask again for this. Our table was left dirty after we finished for quite some time until a manager cleared our plates, but didn’t not clear any of the unused side plates or dirty napkins. We then sat waiting for either desert menus or the bill and when neither came we had to ask another server for the bill. This was on a quiet night which most staff seemed more interested in watching Sundays premier league highlights, than providing any level of service. Our bill was not modified for missing orders that did not come out until later and of course, the 12.5% service was still included.

    Nice vibe, good food, not cheap but good portion size. It wasn’t overwhelmingly fabulous… it was ‘ok’… food as you would expect. Very attentive staff. All in all a good experience.

    Very nice meal, we had the valentines meal Thoroughly impressed with the food! The house wine was nice It was a bit loud for my liking but had a good atmosphere generally Service was good and the waiting team are efficient I would come again
