    I’ve always had a great experience at Billy’s. Not this time. The waitress was great to start off. The raw oysters were butchered into pieces by whoever shucked them. The salad was fine. The ribeye steak was loaded with very excessive amounts of fat throughout. I asked for extra asparagus vs mashed potatoes and was given 5. I arrived after 8 pm so it may have been a light shift cooking in the back but I was thoroughly disappointed with my meal overall!

    Excellent food and service as always. Our server was very attentive and not hovering over us. The manager even came by and talked to us for a Bit. Always a good experience at Billy’s.

    Our server was awesome! Quick and reliable. And remembered everyone’s order without writing anything down. Thats impressive when you’re serving a table of 14.

    Billy’s service and food have gone down from a few months ago! It took over 45 minutes to get our food and when it arrived was warm not hot! The only food that was still great - sweet potatoes fries! They charged $5.00 for a cup of cold coffee - which we sent back ! Hoping they get back to their usual quality next year!

    Billy’s is one of the best place in Roanoke to go for brunch! The candied bacon and eggs benedict are absolutely delicious! Also, the bloody mary’s are great with just the right amount of spice! We’ve also eaten here many times for lunch and dinner and never had a bad meal! Bill is one of our favorite restaurants in Roanoke!

    The service was slow. All the bread in all the sandwiches was hard as a rock. Drinks were made incorrectly. We told a manager & he did nothing

    Excellent food & drinks and wonderful service as always. Billy’s is my favorite restaurant and never disappoints. My husband and I plan our date nights here as frequently as possible and always leave happy. Absolutely wonderful spot
