Our waiter was excellent as was the entire staff. If we go again I would ask for our steaks to be non-seasoned, There were plenty of choices of entrees. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us a delicious dessert to share on a plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate. Pricing was as expected.

Dinner was wonderful! A quiet birthday celebration for my husband. The server was outstanding checking in and making sure that everything was perfect. The food was delicious and plentiful! The drinks were amazing. Everything made us happy!

We’ve been going to Bisteca since it opened. We are a captive audience as there is no other restaurant within The Mount Airy Resort that is considered gourmet cuisine. Unfortunately, it is not good value for our hard earned dollars. Sadly, we visited last Sunday evening for dinner. From start to finish, the beet salad, mozzarella, entrée, and even dessert was tasteless. Additionally, it wasn’t even fresh. It seemed like they were leftovers from Saturday's food supplies. Over the years, the better food choices have also been taken off the menu! The delicious kale salad, the flatbread, the bronzini, & even the sorbet which was lower in fat are all now a distant memory. For a high-end establishment, we could never understand why we are being nickeled and dimed for a minuscule portion of the Bernice steak sauce, as well as an up charge for a tiny serving of roasted peppers and tomatoes to go with the mozzarella. Without it, you are simply serving mozzarella w/ a minute portion of balsamic. Both should already be built into the asking price. It would be so nice if the owners/management of Bistecca would welcome their customers' opinions via a card survey. It can then be dropped off with the host of the restaurant upon departure. The greatest strength that Bisteca possesses is not in its fare, but in its personnel. They are accommodating and responsive. Concerned and professional. Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to a truly Wonderful staff!!

Lovely night. Everything went as planned and me and my boyfriend loved the dinner it was amazing and tasty. We ordered dessert and they made everything so special. We also received a welcome gift which we loved and free gelato. My favorite was the Lemon Drop Martini FABULOUS!
