Bix Bistro in Davenport, Iowa specializes in serving modern American cuisine. The restaurant features casual dining with a stylish, contemporary décor and a cocktail lounge.

Bix Bistro serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Breakfast at the restaurant features such fare as Omelets, steak and Eggs, Eggs Benedict, buttermilk Pancakes, and French toast. Lunch and dinner fare at Bix Bistro features appetizers, salads and main courses. Menu selections include Scallops, Steak Crostinis, Bruschetta, Blackhawk Salad, Apple Pork Chop Pork, Cowboy Steak, Steak Poivre, Salmon, Duck , Herb Roasted Chicken and Seafood Diablo pasta dish. We have a great dessert selection that includes a few house-made desserts that are prepared at our sister hotel The Current Iowa by Chef Andrea. Our cocktail menu is hand crafted by trained mixologists and updated seasonally, offered along side an extensive wine menu both by the glass and bottle.

People we’re leaving waitress was newer food was so so for the price Texas Roadhouse would have been better

Bread was day old stale bread. Very hard and didn't melt the butter. Chicken and steak didn't seemed to be seasoned enough to taste. And broccoli wasn't cooked all the way and couldn't even cut it with my fork. $83 is outrageous for the food was served.

We went for New Years Eve. I didn’t realize it would be a fixed menu for $150 per person. Although good, it wasn’t great and not worth the $150. But it was nice and quiet and the ambiance was nice.

Absolutely amazing! The staff was wonderful and the food was outstanding. The atmosphere was great and it was bustling without being loud. We normally go to Duck City but this place is going to be our new favorite!

We arrived 20 minutes early and were seated seated immediately, but then didn’t get waters until 20 minutes later, and then our drinks about 25 minutes after that. We only ordered 2 glasses of wine, a beer, and a lemonade. By an hour and 20 minutes after we arrived our 2 salads, pork chop and steak had not arrived, so we had to leave to catch a show next door. Ate popcorn for dinner instead. LOVE Hotel Blackhawk, but the management of the entire building is terrible. :(
