Overall my visit to Black Angus was good except that I did not get my pumpkin pie for dessert on Thanksgiving 😞

Wait staff was wonderful but obviously overworked. Thanksgiving special had massive quantities and was tasty but barely warm.

This was our first year deciding to go out to dinner rather than making Thanksgiving at home. Black Angus turned out to be the best choice we could have made. The price was great, the food was excellent, and our server was amazing. Thank you Black Angus for making our Thanksgiving perfect.

I haven’t eaten here in a long time. We went for Thanksgiving. Two of us ordered the Thanksgiving dinner one ordered a steak. My ice tea could had been better.? After we ordered and ate our salads there was a very long delay. Our waitress told us she had some bad news, out ticket order had been lost. She said they would bring us order quickly only to get lukewarm food. The manager did offer to comp our dinner which seemed appropriate for the mishap. Our waitress felt horrible, but not her fault and we tipped her well. I have leftovers that should be reheated satisfactorly for me.

Black Angus served us a delicious Thanksgiving dinner that was not only bountiful but a great value as well. The restaurant was packed and yet the service was great and unhurried. Sometimes in these busy situations one can feel rushed but we enjoyed a great dinner and were made to feel at home the entire time. We were given multiple drink refills in a relaxed atmosphere. Also, there was a variety of menu choices available for the ones who didn’t want turkey. We were very pleased with our Black Angus Thanksgiving.

It took 1.5 hours to get our food 🥘 We did not get any drink refills & kept asking for more bread 🥖 n never got it. After receiving food; I had to track down guy cleaning tables to get silerware ?? Then, my Turkey dinner was extremely salty n tasted terrible, my girlfriend s steak was not bad but expensive. I gave no tip n still got my Pumpkin Pie ! I will not be returning to this location again; it’s very sad to see so many people upset besides us complaining but it did no good.. Please; don’t serve a Holiday meal anymore, you guy should stick to making Steaks 🥩 & that’s it, not Turkey, worst Thanksgiving Meal Ive ever had .. Blessings Norma D Stirbis

We were seated pretty quickly. However we then waited over an hour to get our food. The server got pulled away to deal with a customer with a groupon issue. He spent at least 15 minutes trying to help her. We were ignored for that whole time. After that it went down hill pretty steadily. The food came out about a hour and 15 minutes after we ordered. One steak was over done, but we did not want to send it back as we felt it would take too long. I asked for steak sauce three times and it never came. We asked the manager to come over. The manager said the printer was jammed and that is why our meal was so delayed. She addressed the lateness of the meal and thankfully offered to comp our dinner.
