   Our experience this visit was less than desirable. Our intial contact from our waitress was 15 minutes after our arrival. I did not receive my beverage (mocktail) until about half an hour after our arrival. Additionally, one of our entrees was overcooked. Our waitress was not apologetic throughout the difficultues.

   3 of 4 meals were incorrect. 2 meals were the wrong main meal and one had the wrong side. Management offered two of the meals free and a free dessert. Worked out okay.

   For every holiday, birthday and anniversary, we always come to Black Angus in Goodyear AZ. Wonderful food, ambience, we love our host or hostess, always kind. Try this place you will not regret it!

   Britany was an awesome server. very polite, always asking if we needed anything and the food was great!

   Order of 3 Lobster dinners was the smallest toughest and most dried-out lobster ever experienced at any restaurant!

   A lot of things have changed since my last visit. First, I did not need a reservation because they were not that busy. We were seated right away in a booth and I noticed that the fabric on the seats were a bit worn and in need of cleaning. I was looking up at the painting on the wall there was dust collecting there also. The waitress came shortly after and she was very friendly and took our drink order, but they were out of dark rum so she offered something else. The service was great but the food was mid. Very thin slice of ribeye was not seasoned welled, both sides were served on the plate with my steak. I ate a few bites and boxed it up. I had better at TRH and it costs less. I don’t think i will be returning.

   Always a great experience! Tried the crab cakes and they were delish! Please keep on the menu!!
