Horrible service. Food was horrible. Left without even eating dinner and had to get the manager involved my server was so negligent.

We love the great meal deals at Black angus but the best thing about the Ontario location is Luis!! He is the best server and deserves employee of the year status. We always feel so lucky to have him when we go. Exceptional service is why we go to this location!!

Excellent service! The best I have experienced in a long time. Steak was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. Excellent value.

Our waiter Luis was outstanding! Very helpful with our food order, kept our glasses full. We really enjoyed our dinner!

Food was decent but clearly understaff which slowed down the pace of our meal. The appetizer came out and didn’t look or taste fresh as the chicken tenders were burnt and dry. And the rest of the sample was look warm like if it was sitting around for a while probably due to no staff.

The hostess was so angry and confrontational. I understand being stressed out but she had major attitude with me and everyone else I observed. The server was really nice but extremely busy so our food was delayed and not what I ordered. We were charged for more items than what we received and didn't notice until we got home. We will never come back to this place again.
