Over the years, this chain has perfected their menu, so everything on it is perfectly done. So it's was no surprise the every item was excellent, starting with their great bread. However, nothing would taste great unless the service was good. Crystal was our waitress and she was awesome! She was very serious that we were pleased with everything. Thanks, Crystal, for helping to provide a really lovely Christmas dinner for me and my friend.

Black Angus is not what it used to be. We had reservations, It was not busy and it took 15 minutes to be seated and another 15 for the waiter to come over & wait on us. Wagon wheel samplers were cold, potato soups were warm not hot and the food was over cooked & over fried. The waiter was ok. The over quality and atmosphere has gone done, we will not be returning for any family, functions or dinner.

Excellent meal today at Black Angus-- the Fall Trio with shrimp two ways, top sirloin, baked potato and rice. Everything cooked perfectly.

Our server was very slow. The quantity of the food was not that good. I like the one in Temecula a lot better. They had lots of big parties that were ending and they were singing happy birthday to them. There was at least five different parties when they came to our table. She just brought us the cookie with a candle and didn’t sing a little disappointing on that.

When I scheduled my reservation I included it was my husband’s birthday and ordered the balloons offered through Open Table. Nothing was done at all, no birthday song, no candles, no balloons & no cookie!! I am very disappointed with this outcome. Additionally we had very bad service. It almost felt like the server was put out anytime he had to get something for us. He was giving the bare minimum of service.

Excellent cooked meal. Order was correct. A bit loud as sitting next to a party of 30, but could still talk to our guests. Waitress polite & accommodating.

Since I walked in, I was impressed. We got there earlier than our reservation time. They sat us right away. Our server was great. But our food was the best. It came out quick and did not disappoint. I will definitely go there again.
