    Food was good. I had ribeye steak medium and was pretty good. Our server was very busy so I understand she was probably overwhelmed with tables to take care of. She had at least 8 tables at one time but did what she could. Definitely going back again.

    We have come to this Black Angus many times. We live very close. It’s sad to say we won’t be going back after today’s experience. It’s wasn’t only about the mistakes made by the server or the kitchen since as a former Chef I’m very aware mistakes happen. A simple apology when you’re given the wrong food or you overcook an expensive steak isn’t too much to ask for. Don’t get me wrong who I believe was the manager had our order fixed and we did receive the correct food. The attitude did seem to shift with our server though as my wife’s phone was dropped on the table to take down our rewards member number. Before the servers attitude changed. All it would have taken was an apology or an acknowledgment of the mistakes to turn our experience around . Now we will not be headed back here. It’s sad after many years of loyal dining to say goodbye!

    We had the campfire feast and it was delicious! Good value for appetizer, entree, and dessert. Service was very good!

    Our server was just not really there, he would listen but not listen. He may have been tired or maybe he had a bad day. But overall it was okay we did have to send back our food to be cooked more some wanted medium rare but looked more rare and I had a salmon which was not cooked through all the way.

    Black Angus is highly underrated ~ food was great, even though it was a packed holiday. Great value for great food.

    We were seated right away and our server was very friendly and attentive to us. The meal was delicious and we enjoyed the evening.

    Our service was great until the end. The only two issues we had was burnt cheese bread and then our server went on her break after we got our food and the person who was meant to cover her never asked if we needed refills. We had to track down a manager just to get our desserts to go along with closing out our check.
