The server was amazing! The food took 3 hours, the bathroom was bloodied, the steak was overcooked and had no flavor, they sat us an hour late from our reservation and I saw many families walk on their table as the waits were atrocious.

I am normally happy and have good service. Unfortunately we chose the wrong day to come and try to enjoy New Year’s Eve. We waited 2 hours and never received our food unfortunately we had to leave. The server was great and kept communication. The kitchen was not good.

Don't go on a major holiday. New Year's Eve was jam packed and our food took 2 hours to arrive and then was cold.

Regrettably we decided to dine at BA on New Years Eve. I made a reservation which was probably the best thing I could have done but ultimately it did not matter. We waited over 1.5 hrs for our food to arrive. They were extremely busy and the patrons in the restaurant were complaining about their food. Once our food arrived, the salmon was overcooked, my prime rib was mediocre and room temp, the rib eye was also room temp as if it had been sitting for awhile before we received it. The presentation was horrible, it was as if they just threw food on the plate and sent it out. Typically we have a great experience here but last night was not it.

Really bad. Waited 1 1/2 hour for the food and it didn’t even arrived. I left the place so upset because my family was so hungry. I understand it was busy but why get so many reservations if cannot keep up with the service. I love black angus don’t get me wrong but i wont ever go again on a holiday.

Took over an hour to get all of our food. Prime rib was awful. Dark on outside even though medium rare. Filet steak cold on arrival, but tasty. All else good.

Jorge gave us great service. Food was delicious. We had the $20 steak,lobster and shrimp. Cooked perfectly

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Not crowded at all which was a pleasant surprise for the day after Christmas. Food was delicious and hot. But they were out of regular iced tea! Not enough sugar-free drinks for diabetics. Cost is a bit above average if you don’t order from the lunch menu. Otherwise a good stop.
