    We were seated 20 minutes past our reservation but that was ok, we enjoyed a beverage at the bar while we waited. When we were seated at our table we noticed the appetizer plates were both soiled with food. Our server was apologetic and replaced them immediately. We were served our appetizer and were swarmed by small flies. Thankfully they didn’t persist for the entire meal. Again our server was quick to discover solutions to our problems. Unfortunately the food wasn’t great and the cleanliness of the restaurant left us with that feeling of “ick”. Medium rare prime rib came out barely pink and dry as could be. Was replaced by a much juicier, flavorful piece but we shouldn’t have had to send it back in the first place. The seats had dried food on them and there were cob webs visibly hanging from the ceiling.

    Steak was great but a little gristly; very unusual. I love the wine special, Server Cynthia was very efficient and had it all together. Like she knew what we needed before we asked…intuitive, but not nosy. We’ll be back soon

    The customer service was outstanding. It was our anniversary and the wait staff catered to our needs. Our experience was awesome!!

    Husband's birthday. He got a free cowboy cookie with ice cream. Great service!! Was a very nice dining experience.

    Dinner our waiter along with whom I presume was a manager were kind, prompt. Food was delicious. My moms steak was gristley. They promptly remade and her 2nd one was delicious. Overall the staff, the wait time, the food were great. But whoever had the child who CONTINUED to scream at a ridiculous decibel should have been asked to leave. We spent $230 on dinner only to be forced to listen to an obnoxious screeching child throughout the entire meal. At one point there were 3 tables around us who shouted ENOUGH. I'm a mom so I get a child sometimes does things we can not control but after a moment you politely excuse yourself and take your child out of the room. I also normally don't complain but I hope this helps in the future for other patrons. If a child is screeching that much please say something to the family for the other patrons trying to enjoy a meal.
