The food was delicious, and cook exactly how each member of my group ordered it. The server tried his best to provided good service, but it appears he had too many tables to attend to. The wait for our food and drink took longer then we expected.

GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE GREAT AMBIANCE. OUR GO TO PLACE FOR A NICE DINNER / EVENING. WE HAVE ALOT OF OTHERS TO CHOSE FROM THAT ARE CLOSER TO OUR HOME, BUT WE DONT MIND DRIVING 25 MINUTES AWAY TO THIS SPOT. WE BOTH LOVE IT HERE.

I first went inside without a reservation and the hostess told me that it was one hour waiting. I didn't want to wait that long and I went to my car and started checking other restaurants, but it says if I wanted a reservation for this restaurant and the waiting time was 15 minutes. I did the reservation and went back inside the restaurant and I was take it to the table without waiting. I thing the hostess didn't want to give us a table. Hopefully she is not doing the same thing to other people or the restaurant is loosing customers.

Excellent service, as usual. Food was good, except one steak was overdone and the asparagus was not flavorful. Little to noisy for my taste, but we were seated near the bar.

The Porterhouse Steaks (22 oz) were both so tough we could barely cut through them and we struggled to do so without really shaking our table. We waited 45 minutes beyond our reservation because they obviously overbooked the time slots for New Year's Eve and I've had the reservations for a good couple of months, maybe longer. Overall, we were very disappointed so much we may never return. The quality and service just wasn't there. Sorry, Black Angus, you've missed the mark on so many levels.

Made reservations new years eve, place was jam-packed. Employees did everything to make sure customers were accommodated. Manager John did an excellent job with his courtesy and patience.
