Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays - Sundays. We do allow pre-booking for parties of 6+. Email us at farmdinners@blackcatboulder.com for booking private events, pre-booking, & general assistance. We would love to hear from you about how we can make your evening with us extra special. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with hors d’oeuvres and an aperitif. Explore the gardens or the historic blacksmith barn. Wander through our working organic farm, or simply relax beneath our patio pergola. Dinner is served fireside in one of our seven private greenhouse cabanas each softly lit with oil lanterns. You will enjoy four courses, family-style, based on the day's bountiful harvest. Absolutely amazing experience and one everyone must try. You are on an incredible farm with some of the best food. Eric and his team are simply amazing. Everything has the personal touch. From the welcome to the cabanas/huts - it’s all so perfect.

Delicious, super fresh food, an accommodating, friendly staff and a beautiful setting. We loved hearing about the dishes from Chef Eric! We can't wait to come back again soon.

The re-opened Black Cat Farm Table experience is not only the ultimate in farm-to-table, but has reached new culinary heights in presentation. The wood stove heated, glass-enclosed private outdoor dining areas are unique and super cozy. We'll be back!

Black Cat Farms is the most authentic farm to table experience as you can get! Eric is an incredible chef… when you combine his artistry with a menu created each day from ingredients that are so close you can hear them, it is pure magic! Black Cat’s entire staff was kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us feel like family. The romantic little bungalow we dined in was a dream! A truly unforgettable evening! Thank you @BlackCatFarms

I truly magical experience on the farm from Chef Eric and his team. The love and thoughtfulness that goes into every single bite of food is unparalleled. They create a one of a kind dining experience that you will remember for years to come.

10/10, absolutely no notes. We went for my boyfriend's birthday and had the absolute most wonderful time. Ian, our server, was wonderful. We loved having our own speaker and wood stove. The whole experience was wonderful and we left absolutely stuffed. We can't wait to come back.

Black Cat is a cannot miss dining experience. My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement here and it was excellent. All of the dishes were so well thought out and the staff were wonderful at accommodating us. 10/10!

this review is for the farm dinner setup. what a breath of fresh air in today's fading dining-out world. phenomenally vibrant, complex, flavors across the entire menu. fresh, harvested on-site, ingredients. committed/engaged chef. owner operated, with a loyal staff of support crew who are believers in the mission and hospitality. the build-out of the cabanas and common areas is gorgeous. wood-fired cast-iron stoves are an awesome touch.
