If you're looking for a seafood restaurant in St. Augustine, this unique fly-fishing themed restaurant offers daily fresh fish specials using locally caught fish that you don't usually see on most restaurant menus. The kitchen at BlackFly is a "Scratch Kitchen"; everything is fresh, as local as possible, seasonal and made to order. The menu at BlackFly includes Chop House selections as well as an extensive wine selection. Mike and Cindy, partners in BlackFly and owners of the Famous Collage Restaurant in downtown St. Augustine are the operational managers. The menu is the grand result of their combined expertise, their years of experience in bringing the best possible product to the table and the imaginative input of our talented culinary team. The restaurant is under the internationally known BlackFly Brand of Vaughn Cochran, a Florida artist who lives and paints in St. Augustine, Florida and who developed the famous BlackFly Logo.

We had a delicious dinner with the very best waitress; Anna! She was knowledgeable, professional and had a great sense of humor and presence with our group. Our food was incredible. My only complaint. I’ve never been in a restaurant that was as loud as Blackfly. Will definitely sit in the bar next time.

We took our son and girlfriend to BlackFly for dinner last night. It was their first experience here, but a usual hangout for us. As always, the food and service were excellent. Although I always say I'll try something different, I wind up ordering the Ahi tuna. By far, the best prepared tuna no matter which restaurant I compare it to. It was a great evening.

Our waiters were wonderful. Dave so friendly and helpful. Service perfect. Help us to decide what to order. Taking time to explain the many choices. Food experience excellent. Highest quality of food. Staff just so great. Will go back again and again. Love the care and attention to service Make us feel like family. Dinner out as it should be Perfection ❤️Thanks for the wonderful evening

Bien para ser de las pocas propuestas de mar por la zona; los meseros están faltos de preparación en cuanto al menú de bebidas. La comida es buena pero un tanto falta de sazón. No volvería.

We loved our experience our server was very friendly and informative on the menu selections, we had the shrimp appetizer and the red pepper chowder for appetizers and the slamming salmon, chicken parmigiana and chicken and arugula pizza for dinner, the crème brûlée for dessert and everything was perfectly made, tasted delicious great portion sizes. Highly recommend this restaurant it has great menu options and overall a nice restaurant 🤩

Took my husband for a birthday dinner and nothing was recognized. They asked on app what you’re celebrating but didn’t matter. The pictures made it look like a very nice restaurant but it turned out to be a bar kind of environment. Our waiter was great and very friendly. Our table was literally right next to the other one which 4 people sat elbow to back. Don’t go here if you’re looking for a nice quiet dinner. Pictures def different than what I thought would be. Food was ok but not great. Just wasn’t what I was expecting.
