If you're looking for a seafood restaurant in St. Augustine, this unique fly-fishing themed restaurant offers daily fresh fish specials using locally caught fish that you don't usually see on most restaurant menus. The kitchen at BlackFly is a "Scratch Kitchen"; everything is fresh, as local as possible, seasonal and made to order. The menu at BlackFly includes Chop House selections as well as an extensive wine selection. Mike and Cindy, partners in BlackFly and owners of the Famous Collage Restaurant in downtown St. Augustine are the operational managers. The menu is the grand result of their combined expertise, their years of experience in bringing the best possible product to the table and the imaginative input of our talented culinary team. The restaurant is under the internationally known BlackFly Brand of Vaughn Cochran, a Florida artist who lives and paints in St. Augustine, Florida and who developed the famous BlackFly Logo.

    We went for appetizers and a drink. Service was good. Apps were average for taste and price. Bread appetizer for $9 was a simple loaf of bread. We had just been to Saint so we had their fabulous $12 bread spread which had multiple types of bread , spreads and roasted garlic. So very disappointed in comparison.

    Our first visit to Blackfly. We will go back. Delicious fresh fish. Good service. It wasn’t quiet but we could hear each other. Thanks

    Our first time giving Blackfly a try and we were delighted. Everybody's food choices were delicious. Whiskey cobbler dessert to top it off....yum!

    Black Fly was wonderful. The conch fritters were delicious, along with both mine and my wives main entrees. The slammin salmon and shrimp and scallop udon were phenomenal. The owner even came up to us after the meal to see how things were and is extremely friendly. Highly recommend this place.

    Awesome as usual! We had the specials which were exceptional! Spicy peach flounder was absolutely spectacular. The whole snapper never disappoints! The service was great! Blackfly never disappoints!
