   Blanc Blue combines creative twists on classic flavors with outstanding service. The menu had plenty of choices and is very reasonably priced for the quality of the cuisine. There is a great deal of attention to detail in the plating and presentation. Our waiters were above and beyond superb. They were attentive without being intrusive. The overall setting is lovely. We will return for dinner when we get back to Puerto Vallarta

   Wonderful dining experience on the patio. We stay in Punta de Mita but made the long trip as we had heard great things about Blanca Blue. Definitely worth the trip. Food was amazing and service outstanding. We will return for sure.

   I had been waiting to visit Blanca Blue for years and was surprised to see so few people in the restaurant. Especially after the great first couple courses - both starters for myself and my husband. However, after the mediocre, at best, main course, I started to understand. There was such a dichotomy between the quality & execution of the starters and the main courses, you would think you had changed restaurants. Dessert fell short also. I imagine the ambiance is much better when they have their tiki torches lit as opposed to shining giant flood lights down on the tables. Again, we were confused as to why a place like Garza Blanca wasn't putting on their best show - especially during the high season.

   love this restaurant. great service .great menu Fresh out of the oven popovers so yummy. Waiter was very up on his knowledge of tequila.It was a wonderful experience from start to finish,. Everyone should try this restaurant

   We were greeted nicely and charmingly by the hostess who showed us to our table immediately, and gave us the menus. After waiting for 35 minutes to be acknowledged by any of the waiters we got up and left. Our friends, sitting at another table told us later that they had had an ordinary meal and terrible service. This restaurant is under new management and new chef. There was a vibe in Puerto Vallarta about that. They failed to impress in a town where gastronomy is paramount. Such a spectacular setting, such disappointment.
