Delicious food and very friendly staff. Went for my husband’s birthday that was perfect at Bleu. We have never been disappointed here. These folks know how to treat their customers!

We always eat here for Sunday brunch. Great menu, awesome food, and always great service. Highly recommend!!

We have always had a great experience at Bleu but tonight undid all the superlatives we have heretofore experienced. The salad was extremely lackluster & watery, the steak very undercooked & inedible! At least the Bread pudding was divine! I cannot believe how horrible the server, Samantha C was! She forgot my softdrink initially & never offered a refill during the meal. The meal may have been sent back to the kitchen had she ever checked to ask if everything was ok but two of the diners in our party of 4 had finished by then. I chose to bring my meal home to recook myself or truthfully, feed to the dog. My friends crab dip was inedible as it had very little cream cheese and tasted far too fishy to have been fresh crab! The fact that so many plates went back uneaten should have alerted someone somewhere that we were not eating the food! I’m highly surprised and went so far as to ask if there had been a management change. The lack of service & the bad food as well as general in hospitality have ensured that while we had been frequent guests here in the past, we will never cross their threshold again.

Pretty upset with this visit… I got the filet mignon, the char on the outside of the steak was extremely bitter, I’m not one to send food back but I really should have sent it back… The crème brûlée tasted great but it was only barely two centimeters in its dish, I feel like they skimped us on that. The rice with my husband’s duck entree was very dry. Everything else was good: Thai spring rolls, duck, collards.

While our server did a great job, I felt like the food was mediocre at best. The beets in the beet salad were mushy, the lobster ravioli was fishy and overall the atmosphere was dated and tired. Too many great restaurants to choose from in the area. Would not go back.

We've been to Bleu Restuarant several times and have found it to consistently be a great experience. The food, service, and atmosphere are among the best in Winston-Salem. It's also a great value. We highly recommend it!

We had lunch there. No one else was in the restaurant which was odd for 12:30pm. Service was amazing. Wife ordered calamari, came out chewy and sent it back. She Crab soup was delicious.
