Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". On the menu, certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steak are dressed with a selection of sauces and are paired with decadent sides alongside a selection of fresh seafood and raw bar items, signature salads and blackboard specials - setting the standard for today’s modern steakhouse.

Food was excellent but my wife and I could not communicate due to the high noise level. It was our last night in Aruba and we wanted a special night to celebrate our amazing vacation week. We were so disappointed. We expected more from a Ritz Carlton restaurant.

First time there. Atmosphere inside is beautiful! The popovers served before dinner were great! Confusing menu for a steak house, the Ribeye was on special, one menu said 10 oz the other menu said 16 oz so we asked the server which one it was and he said 10 oz. The 2 steaks came to the table sliced???? Never seen that before with a Ribeye, which was a red flag that it wasn’t even 10oz. We also ordered 2 wedge salads, immediately the server told us it was chopped up??? Once again VERY confusing, why say it’s a wedge salad then when actually it’s just salad..but I guess at one point it was actually 4 wedges… Hardly any dressing, had to ask for more, and NO blue cheese chunks? They really need to re do the menu so guests know what they are really getting when they order.

Outdoor seating last night was full at the time of our reservation — it was not known to us the restaurant has a first/second seating management style. I’m told for this evening outdoor seating is “bought out”. Not fabulous we’ll likely be shuffled inside 2 nights in a a row.

Amazing restaurant!! Filet was cooked to perfection, Crab Oscar was the best I have ever had.

A must visit if you’re in Aruba. The food was delicious! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. Everything was exceptionally prepared and the service was great. We will definitely be back!!

This is a perfect date night with a group of couples or solo. The staff is so attentive to you, you feel like you're the only one in the restaurant. The only downside is you must be very hungry to eat here! We downsized our steak - which was cooked perfectly to make room for the other things. Corn is to die for, excited that they gave out the popover recipe! Run don't walk!
