Views of the Paramount sign on Washington Street reminds one of a little Times Square. Floor to ceiling blu lights and all around glass windows make a perfect ambience to celebrate a special occasion and act as a perfect background for pictures. Enjoy our fresh seasonal menu like our Sirloin Steak and Rack of Lamb. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available and it’s very gluten free friendly.Blu Restaurant and Bar is located on the 4th Floor of the Ritz Carlton Complex, inside of EquinoxSports Club.                                                                           Great meal as usual. Some menu changes that are my favorites are disappointing: duck no longer on the menu and the lobster risotto is no longer paired with the scallops.

                                                                          Always a great place well above the traffic on the street below. The level of activitity varies greatly from day to day depending on shows in the theater district. The menu is very varied and is sure to have something to please everyone. Service was excellent, just the right pace of a business dinner.

                                                                          Val was out server and he was great. He was always on top of things. The pumpkin soup was amazing. The 3 cheese ravioli was delicious . The Caesar salad was a little blah but certainly didn’t ruin the dinner. The view is incredible. I’ll definitely go back!
