Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Don't forget about our amazing happy hour M_F 4-7. Please note that we are currently not accepting reservations larger than 6 people.

Food was ok. The service was mediocre at best. The hostess who greeted us could have cared less and was not friendly at all. We brought relatives in from out of town as we used the enjoy the atmosphere and the vibe. Plenty of other better options in Miami.

We love Blue Collar! We are there about 2x month. They have a fantastic and ever changing menu of quality food. I recommend the artichokes, shrimp and grits, any of their daily braise. Don’t miss the Butter Scotch Bread Pudding (you might what a special trip just for that)!

The food was terrific and our server was fantastic. Made us feel valued and very taken care of. Will definitely go back!

I haven’t been to Blue Collar in a few years, and the food was just as good as I remembered. Service was great. A bit loud for a conversation, but not too loud. Lobster ravioli was top notch. Bread pudding was tasty, but a bit too cake like.

Urbanites was very happy and helpful, I had the lamb shank (delish)which is huge I I took some home @ the grits were to die for! I ve been to the original Blue Collar it was amazing too this new location is much more comfortable and I wish them luck

Sadly it was nowhere near the quality it was at its last location. Most of our food had to be returned due to it being warm at best. The pork chop arrived very rare inside, the waiter insisted on pointing out that “it’s always served medium” even though it was clearly uncooked in the center and all we asked was that it needs to be cooked more to be to our liking. The vegetables used to be a real treat and these weren’t. Artichokes were very hard in the center, Brussels were excessively oily like they’d been refried to order and still contained the old oil. The lamb shank was nice but the mash was cold that accompanied it. All in all it was a bad experience especially as we used to eat there often many years ago and I guess I was expecting the same caliber of fare.
