We have gone every year for the last three years for New Years Eve. We booked in November to ensure we had a reservation. Every time before was an incredible buffet and was truly enjoyable. When we got to the restaurant this time there was no buffet. We asked our server about it and he told us that they also only found out a bit before the evening that it would be ala carte to their surprise. We had to wait quite a while for a server to come to our table. The last straw for us was that both the New Years menu and the regular menu have an automatic 20% gratuity added no matter the party size - wow absolutely ridiculous. We left and went to Red Lobster instead where we were treated very well and got to choose the gratuity instead of having it automatically applied - we tipped him $50 which was around 40%. Same tip we would have given at bluEmber. We try to visit bluEmber a couple times a year. We won’t be back again. Lost our business.

Overcooked burger that was dry, ordered Chardonnay and served Sauvignon Blanc; never got to correct the order as the server didn’t come to the table after taking the order and coming to leave the check. Service was horribly slow and inattentive despite fact that they weren’t even busy. Many empty tables. Disappointing dining experience. We’re locals and not guests of the resort. I’ll continue to give my business to local restaurants.

Customer service was amazing ! Food was really good . Comparing it to the greats like Nobu so this is a good review even though it is not 5 star . Wait staff and manager were amazing .

The only issue we had was the waiter told us that we could only order the buffet at $99 person. Then we see tables next to us ordering from the menu. We asked the waiter and he said the manager changed it because hotel guests were complaining. We had just sat down with our food from the buffet. We immediately changed our order to eat off the menu. Which the waiter did with out any problem.

We are members of RLP so on Sundays we get discounts. However, this time we noticed they changed the menu. A $52 steak comes ala carte & you have to order sides. It used to come with 2 vegetables. The service was not good. The waiter told us the kitchen was backed up. We were very disappointed. We were also seated near an outside door which was left open and it was very cold.
