    We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband. The food and service were great. And my husband was presented with a delicious piece of ice cream cake with a candle to make the night perfect.

    Seated immediately with reservation. Table for 4 was beside the window. Spectacular view of the ocean at White Rock. Sunset was nice. Drink and appy order taken and delivered quickly. Main course was delayed by intention to give a nice time for the table to visit. Appetizers were oysters from the East and West coast of Canada and were a nice treat for our visitors. The Brie & Crab Artichoke Dip was a new treat for us. Seared Ahi Tuna, Crab + Lobster Ravioli and Seafood Chop Salad mains were very flavorful and filling. Frequent check ins from the server. Finished plates were cleared quickly. A real nice revening with friends at a great location.

    I had calamari, Halibut fish and chips, salad and soup. Very fresh and tasty. Great cocktails /mocktails options.

    Booked brunch and sat right away. Ordered within a few mins and waited forever for our food. Place wasn’t busy so unsure why it took so long. We waited 45 mins for breakfast, hubby ordered waffles that came without butter so we asked and it came 5 mins later, by now the food was cold - it came out warm at best. I asked for the manager to consider giving us a discount but instead of an apology for our experience, she said “well your food came out when it was ready”. Really? They ended up taking off my husbands breakfast, which is the obvious thing to do. They definitely don’t go above and beyond for the customer experience and to prevent a negative review like this. Food was nothing special, small portions for what we ordered. Eggs and waffles, ahi tacos, bruschetta board. Don’t recommend this place

    I wanted to have fish & chips but there wasn’t an option to have one piece . I don’t understand why I didn’t want leftover fried fish. It’s best fresh I would have preferred non-battered grilled fish in my fish tacos but only option was battered & fried. Spending time with my friend enjoying the view was great

    The food and presentation were great, service was pleasant, and prompt. Very expensive compared to the last time we visited a Boathouse Restaurant.The window view and awesome drinks eased the financial pain.🙂
