                                                                                      Booked a nice dinner hoping it’d be a nice compliment to our anniversary plans. That wasn’t the case. Bob’s typically provides outstanding service. That was not the case for us Saturday evening. Our waitress wasn’t present most of our dining time. We were there for 1.5-2 hours. She spent about a total of 8 minutes serving us. Our food was delayed significantly. The tables around us had very present waitstaff and their meals were all delivered in a timely manner. It took awhile for us to wave someone down to inform them about the delay we were experiencing. Once informed, they did a full court press to right the situation. In total we sat at our table about 45 minutes-1 hour before our appetizers arrived. Then about another 30 mins before we were able to inform them that we hadn’t received our entrees. I appreciate the management for taking time to help correct the issue. We just preferred our meals and drinks in a timely manner, so that we could enjoy our evening.

                                                                                      Great time and great service. Karen our server was great. Good is always good but the prices have definitely gone up. $70 for a 9 ounce filet (and no longer have the 6 ounce option).

                                                                                      Never, ever, EVER had a negative experience at any Bob's, and especially not the original location. Consistently the most outstanding service for as long as I can remember. I don't know how the bar keeps so many glasses full at the same time! And the steak is always cooked to perfection the first time.

                                                                                      I used to love Bob's but it is just not the same any longer. The cocktails, bread, and server were great but the food was just ok. Especially for the price. Everything was very salty. The Caesar salad, the lobster bisque, and the steaks. I am not sure why it changed but it is not the same.

                                                                                      AMAZING is the only way to describe this restaurant. My wife & I was recommended Bob’s for our Anniversary and we was not at all disappointed. From the greeting to the exit, we were treated like royalty. We dined on the meat ball appetizer, Prime Ribeye & Crab Cake Entrees are was blown away. The steak was sooooo tender and flavorful, along with the most delicious signature Glazed Carrots and smashed potatoes. We of course, had to finish with Key Lime pie & NY Cheese Cake that was also so delicious. Our server, Arthur, was amazing, professional, engaging, funny and an overall great guy. I highly recommend Bobs and with definitely be going back soon. Overall, 20 out of 10 is my rating!

                                                                                      I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bob’s for my husbands birthday, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable—every staff member was attentive and professional, but a special shoutout goes to Lauren, who truly went above and beyond to make our evening exceptional. Lauren’s knowledge of the menu, her thoughtful recommendations, and her warm, friendly demeanor made us feel incredibly welcome. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and ensured every detail of our meal was perfect. As for the food, it was absolutely top-notch. The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful, and the sides were just as impressive. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy yet elegant, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. If you’re looking for a steakhouse with phenomenal service and amazing food, look no further. And if you’re lucky enough to have Lauren as your server, you’re in for a real treat!

                                                                                      It was just a little off last night for Bob's. This is one of my absolute favorite Steak Houses in Dallas, so my expectation was high. My steak was perfect, my friends steak was a just over done, ordered mid-rare and it came out medium - medium rare. My wedge salad was over dressed, and unfortunately the brownie sundae was just not good at all. I definitely not try that again. As I said at the beginning, it was just a little off. I will absolutely be back, it was just a little bit off from their usual extraordinary standards I'm used to.

                                                                                      The occasion was for a birthday party for the daughter who had never been there before. We got more than expected. The food, Karen the server and the overall experience was outstanding. We will go back.
