Our server Brandy was awesome! We haven’t been to Bob’s in quite awhile and decided to switch it up this Valentine’s. It was spectacular!

Food was cooked good, we did receive the wrong plates with different pieces of meat and then were returned. Only thing was our lobster Mac and cheese wasn’t put into our to go bag, didn’t get to enjoy it especially for the price we paid for dinner. Other than that everything was good.

The service was unmatched, they knew our names coming in and made sure to address us as such throughout the experience. If you decide to go to Bob’s request to be served by Mia, she was amazing!

The ribeye was underwhelming. It was not a prime ribeye. For a steakhouse, I expect better. Everything else was great.

Every thing was going well till we got our steaks. My wife order a Rib-eye steak medium rare. (Seared outside with pink inside middle). That’s not what she got. Her steak was seared but raw in the middle. When our waiter was notified he stated she was wrong and she got what she ordered. He took her steak back and had them “give it more flame”. When her steak was brought back it was more seared outside but still RARE in the center. She could not even cut the steak with knife on both occasions because RAW meat. Waiter on second time of notice that steak was still raw argued again that that’s what she ordered and when told she was done and take plate away comment under his breath nothing wrong with this steak lady. Our Valentine dinner and evening was ruined Thanks to forgotten rule of making customer happy. Will pass on our experience with family, friends and especially my colleagues and Drug companies.

Our third time at Bob's!!! Superb Valentine's Day dinner and dessert. As usual I ate too much but the food was great. The service and atmosphere was also 👌.

A truly exceptional dining experience at Bob's Steak & Chop House. Every element, from the perfectly presented plates–felt meticulously crafted–to the attentive and knowledgeable service waiters. The ambiance was classy–yet intimate–making it the perfect setting for a special occasion for two. Although there was a major issue with one of our meals, which I did not report, the artistry of the meals was impressive.
