We had the scallop appetizer and let me say it was perfect. The tomahawk pork chop is simply the very best in town. So good!

The prime ribeye is the best steak in San Antonio. I’ve had a LOT of steaks at high end steakhouses.

Had my date night at Bob’s, always a great experience, the food, the wine and got to be served by Ernesto, such a badass gentleman, took care us from beginning to end. Hands down, my favorite steakhouse joint in San Antonio. Kudos to Ernesto and Mr. Clemens. ;) We’ll definitely come back! -David.

Nick was our server, again, his service is excellent, we return to Bob's to because the experience, ambiance, service and food are top notch. Great place for business, date night, or just a great meal. Recommend the ribeye, cooked medium, or redfish shrimp combo! Pairs great with their house Cabernet.

Service and ambience were excellent. However, the kitchen execution had a couple of glitches. First, one entree (fish) lagged the rest of the table by ten minutes. A second glitch occurred when a prime filet ordered with a blue cheese crust had none when served at the table. In both cases, the manager attempted to recover by offering free deserts for the table and alternative sauce for the filet. Notwithstanding the couple of glitches, the food was in every other way excellent and we would not hesitate to dine here again.

Best steak ever and the cocktails were amazing. Mia was perhaps the best server I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Dining at Bob’s Steakhouse in San Antonio is nothing short of a culinary delight. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere exudes elegance and warmth, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. I had the pleasure of trying the dry-aged pork chop, and it was nothing less than fabulous. Cooked to perfection, the chop was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to quality. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the rich taste without overshadowing the natural flavors of the meat. Bob’s is also renowned for its remarkable carrot dish, and it certainly lived up to the hype. These perfectly cooked carrots were a beautiful balance of sweetness and earthiness, making for a delightful complement to the pork chop. The service throughout the evening was exceptional. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, providing recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience. Their knowledgeable staff clearly takes pride in delivering a top-notch experience, making us feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, dining at Bob’s Steakhouse is a must for anyone seeking a memorable meal in San Antonio. With incredible food and outstanding service, it’s a place I can’t wait to return to.
