Service was impeccable, food was on point, and the ambience was lovely. We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Bohanan’s. We were greeted by every member of the staff as we made our way to the table. Each detail was carefully thought through and each course of our meal was not only beautifully presented, but mouth watering as well. Definitely a special occasion splurge.

We enjoyed it thoroughly. Bohanan’s is an exceptional dining experience in San Antonio! The atmosphere is elegant and perfect for a special night out. The service was impeccable, with staff attentive to every detail. The food was absolutely divine—perfectly prepared steaks, flavorful fish and perfect balanced sides, and a wonderful selection of cocktails and wines. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and experience make it worth every penny. A must-visit for anyone seeking fine dining in the heart of the city!

This place has such a cool old vibe with there 2 story setup and their choice 2nd story seats by the windows that let you look down on the street. The room was beautiful and the noise level was more than acceptable. The food and service were excellent. We started with a crab cake and it was wonderful especially with the Dijon sauce. All crab and no bread crumbs. For our entrees, we had the filet and redfish and both were cooked perfectly and the seafood sauce on the redfish was great. The sides (asparagus, goat cheese mashed potatoes) were very good as well. We finished with bread pudding and it did not disappoint. Our waiter was on point all evening with attentiveness and recommendations.

This was my fifth or sixth visit over a period of a number of years and it is always a great experience. A very old-fashioned kind of restaurant but in the best way. Food is absolutely terrific and the service is too.

Fantastic Restaurant. Top quality food an service. One of the best restaurants we have ever visited. Steaks were excellent and well prepared. Brett did a wonderful job in serving us. Highly recommend.
