    Staff was attentive. They called and emailed ahead of time to let us know if an event that could affect parking. Everything on menu was explained to us. Four different entrees and sides. It was all fabulous. Beautiful setting to enjoy as a couple or with friends. Great special occasion place!

    From the moment we walked in, we were treated like rock stars. The service is wonderful and friendly from everyone; it’s like they are actually happy to see us there. If you are thinking about getting the tortilla soup, just go for it—AMAZING! The appetizer dish of cheese and jalapeños was excellent, but save room. The steak was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were delicious. Only wish I had room for dessert—next time!

    Bohanans never fails to exceeded expectations. It’s always a first class experience and our go-to when we really want a nice evening out. the food, the wait staff, the valet, it’s just a great experience from beginning to end.

    Absolutely amazing food every time I go here, I got the Texas Wagyu and the Japanese Wagyu and they were both stellar

    Awesome food and service. I LOVE the Houston room! I is magical at Christmas with the lights in the trees ! Such good food.

    One of the best restaurants I have ever experienced. Juan and Charlie are the best! I love when an elegant restaurant makes me feel at home but at the same time the dining experience is over the top.! Charlie and Juan, you are an assist to this great restaurant.

    We came in and was seated and was offered a glass of wine for our anniversary. That was sweet. We ordered appetizers. After 45 minutes I asked where was it and it was never put in. So we actually received our food before the appetizer. My lobster tail didn’t have ANY seasoning on it at all. I was in disbelief. $100 lobster tail with no seasonings. The steak was very bland. Our bill was $310 and it was the worst food I’ve had in awhile. Even the margarita was disgusting.

    Another great Christmas dinner! Juan and Alfonso were very attentive and ensured we had a fun family evening. Food was fantastic. If you are a first timer, my only critique is that the sides are pretty small. So if you are not saving room for a flaming dessert, order and extra side. I definitely recommend Bohanan’s for a special occasion!

    Everything at Bohanon’s is first class from the moment you set foot in the door. My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and felt treated like royalty. Food and service are truly fit for a king and queen. Bohanon’s is at the top of our list for every time we visit San Antonio.
