My server was very forgetful when it came to remembering who ordered what. She also was argumentative when I stated my steak was not cooked to my liking. Not only did she say she was going to have the chef remake my steak she brought the same plate of food back to my table after she took it to the kitchen. I thought food quality and service has been great in the past but this made me consider not coming back. I didn’t think once you remove a plate from a customer and take it to the kitchen the staff can serve you the same plate, that seems like poor food quality and once a plate hits the table and then is returned back to the kitchen it is a comp or either they remake it. For the amount of money spent I was extremely disappointed. I noted on the reservation I was celebrating a birthday and none of the staff acknowledged that. When I arrived I asked for a drink that was listed on the menu and the waiter stated “oh we don’t have that at here”. Very misleading information, overall it was a horrible experience for me and my friends.

We had the calamari and the Thai chicken flatbread. The calamari was good with great flavor, but smaller pieces. The flatbread had a thin crust that we really like and it had great flavor, great sauce, and lots of chicken

We loved all the starters (crab cakes especially, cheese curds, spinach artichoke dip) and salads (Caesar and House) except for the squash soup which was diluted and shockingly sweet (huh? Like a junior chef added sugar instead of salt). Our waitress was young and wasn’t trained on handling wine, but did well with everything else. We had some good entrees, as expected (filet mignon, huge combo platter with chicken, steak and ribs, seafood trio and chicken Parmesan). It’s a place we would return to again.

Absolutely LOVE Bonfyre! It never disappoints. We would dine there a lot more often if we lived closer.

Food and staff are always good here. I love the Maytag blue chips with a side of barbecue sauce!!!

Great dinner. The server adjusted to our slow choices perusing the menu and we had a delightful meal and very good service. Crab cakes were excellent! Tenderloin done to perfection. My husband loved the walleye!
