Boro Bistro has established itself as a tiny slice of France in London.

Situated in the leafy shades of Southwark Cathedral and neighbouring Borough market, Boro Bistro proposes a nice bistro French food with large wine list, tasty Belgium beers, great range of platters of French cheeses and charcuterie to share with friends and family. We offer a tapas menu, you can choose from different tiny plates and jars so you can try various taste.

Liked the quirky ambience of the place nestled down by the cathedral and the pulled pork was delicious. Overall however felt it was over-priced for tapas sized portions. Fine but overall our lunch party was disappointed.

A brilliant find close to Borough Market but far removed from the hustle and bustle. A great place to relax. It'll be even better in the summer

What a superb place - lovely food very reasonable and the wine is outstanding. One of Londons quirky best.

Have been to the actual venue many times over years and as it has been in various guises. Boro Bistro is perfect for small after work catch-ups without any hustle / bustle but can also cater for larger groups at weekends etc - not sure if there's still a resident DJ at the weekends but the overall vibe is pretty cool, retro paraphernalia and some interesting art-installations dotted around - if you've been, you'll know exactly what these are! Food / drink / service and very attentive, no pushy sell-on for higher priced wines or the need to over order dishes - perfect for our needs and will look forward to a return visit, hopefully in the warmer months when we can sit outside! Thanks for a lovely evening BB 🫶

Food was amazing but the service wasn’t . We were a group of 4 and our foods came out from the kitchen 10-15 min apart. For one of us we had to ask when will it be out , as I think they forgot about it

Quirky restaurant, tucked away near London Bridge station and just behind Southwark Cathedral. Such a fun place. Great music, delicious food and excellent service. I highly recommend.

My fav place in London! Nice selection of decent beer, amazing food, outdoor seating is really good with heating and fires. Always good vibes

I have been going to Boro Bistro regularly for the past 10 years, since my office is nearby, and it's one of my favourite spots in London. The atmosphere is warm and cosy, especially the outdoors. There is outdoor heating therefore even when it's cold you can still enjoy a pleasant evening, and they also provide blankets. The service was excellent as always, everyone friendly and helpful. Great drink and food (I just hope they would bring back the artichokes hummus in the menu, it was spectacular!) Totally recommended for any type of occasions with friends and colleagues.
