The Boulder Cork Restaurant has provided quality food and excellent service since 1969. The restaurant is now one of Colorado’s most renowned dining experiences. The casual, yet attentive atmosphere is the perfect place to spend a special evening, be it to relax with friends or entertain business associates. Our banquet facilities can accommodate large groups with the quiet proficiency and superior quality that has become the hallmark of The Boulder Cork. The food is an impressive display of creativity and variety, masterminded by the chef, Jim Smailer. Chef Smailer has created an enticing offering of steaks, prime rib, chicken, pasta, and fresh fish selections; all on the cutting edge of culinary delight. The food is as fresh as the market allows. The true epicurean will agree that our efforts are apparent to both the eyes and the palate, from the appetizer through the handmade desserts.

    A wonderful birthday celebration meal that didn't disappoint! The group picture they provide at the end is such a nice touch!

    Flavors too smoking. Steak very good and Caesar salad very good also. Mashed potatoes and mushrooms very mediocre.

    A definite & well known go to in Boulder a bit off the main area. Wonderful food, great atmosphere & service. We had Halibut fish & chips, Miso salmon, Prime Rib and Mud pie off course 😋!

    The food was delicious! Liam was our waiter and he was great! I appreciated getting a free dessert of my choice for celebrating my birthday. Liam took a picture of us and gave it to us in a frame - I loved that too!

    The food, service and ambience are excellent! It is a busy place so the noise level is not super quiet. Prices are high.

    No thanks! Never aging. First off it’s like a retirement facility. Food is tasteless and bland- but at a premium price. We’ll never go back. On paper this place looks great. In person awful. Prime rib 3/4 fat. Zero flavor. No thanks. Unless you are 65 and over pass.
