Service was horrendous, it took 45 minutes to get our drinks!! The table next to us who sat down after us had their entrées before we had our drinks. Completely unacceptable.

My wife and I celebrated her 75th birthday at Branchwater last night. Our table was ready for us when we arrived. She ordered the fried lobster and I ordered the grilled red shrimp. Both were cooked perfectly. Our server, Natalie, made our evening extra special with her bubbly personality and her desire to please us. We have been to Branchwater several times and highly recommend, especially for special occasions.

We met friends last Friday night and didn't experience the pleasant visit we remember from previous visits. We were placed near the entrance at a narrow table far too narrow for the two large people in the party. When it was evident, we couldn't fit, they moved us to a table marginally better. I don't remember the restaurant being so noisy but I guess at 6:30 on a Friday, that might be expected. Surely the food would make up for a disappointing start. It didn't. My salmon which was requested medium rare came out well done. My wife's braised beef was totally unseasoned though well cooked. One party ordered the sea bass and thought one end was so fishy, she couldn't eat much of it. The fried fish dish seemed to be the best. When our waitress saw the sea bass was uneaten and told why said she would adjust the bill. She must have been over ridden because the check wasn't adjusted. I hope this was a one off experience since there are so few good restaurants in the northern part of the county. The other couple said it would be their last visit. We will probably try it again at some point.

Great “Pub” like ambiance. Multiple booths, covered outdoor area, and large cozy bar. Food is decent. Menu could provide more choices. Cost is reasonable.

Our waiter was very pleasant and nice, but it felt like the food took a long time to receive it. The ribeye was juicy and tender, and the lobster tail sandwich was also delicious. New York strip steaks were a little tough, but that kind of meat tends to be tougher. The ambience in the comfort of the restaurant was very nice. We will come back

The food was superb. Started with the deviled eggs. They had a hint of spice but not too much. The ahi tuna was beautiful and the salmon with Dijon glaze was cooked perfectly. I subbed the risotto for the side stated on menu. It was amazing. Our server was courteous and knowledgeable.

BW never disappoints! The food was excellent- the steaks were cooked perfectly. The service is always the best. And, we thoroughly enjoyed the live music last night- @nicelliott performed and was fantastic!

Our waiter Gayden (probably did not spell correctly) was extremely helpful and took our orders without writing anything down. There was only 4 in our group but he did great. The food was perfect. Keep doing what you are doing Branchwater. Everything was great.
