Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

Always a great evening out with friends at a Brazilian steakhouse . Food was hot , servers came often and no shortage of variety . A special thank you to the Host and our drink server for their attention paid to our table . We felt comfortable and appreciated . Looking forward to our return

This is my favourite restaurant and as always it didn’t disappoint. The food is delicious and it is always a great night out. It was louder than usually this visit because it was a wknd but still such an enjoyable experience. Thank you.

We went with family to celebrate a 50th birthday. Food was delicious. Entertainment provided a great atmosphere. Service was fantastic.

The sound level from the band and dancers was so loud it was obnoxious. We have been to Brasa many times over the years, and this time was the worst experience of them all, to the point we will not return. We noted that the cuts of meat that kept coming around were cheaper cuts like sausage, chicken, and pork chops. Gone, or rather they just simply never came out, were tenderloin or better cuts of beef. The sirloin that did appear was tough and not worth fighting with. The buffet was still the same and of good quality, which is the only thing that was. You drastically increased the price, and drastically lowered the quality and the experience to maximize profit, and it was obvious. A good restaurant experience at Brasa has come to an end. Goodbye and good luck with this new unsatisfactory approach.

Staff were very friendly and great ambiance. Lots of room. Nice to have the buffet to choose from with lots of variety . Would prefer more rare options for the meat. Overpriced in our opinion but a nice treat.
