                                                                                    This is my third visit to Brennan's, as it's a must go every time I'm in New Orleans. The food was great, as usual. Today our server had accidentally put in the wrong meals for us when she took our order, so we were brought two dishes that weren't ours and were asked multiple times if we were sure what we ordered. She eventually realized that she had accidentally put in the wrong orders and very kindly came out and acknowledged it, but I was surprised at the lack of attempt to remedy the situation. We ordered both an appetizer and a dessert and I assumed they'd compensate one or the other, but nothing. The mistake in the orders kept us there at least 30 minutes longer than we expected to be there, but also made a poor impression on my friend who was dining at Brennan's for the first time. I just wish their had been a bit more of an attempt at customer service.

                                                                                    This was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing but what really stood out was the service. Dining at Brennens was a special treat for us and we will be back next time we come.

                                                                                    Our first visit to Brennan's for brunch was fabulous. Great service, terrific food, fun and interesting decor. It was a great last meal in New Orleans! Hearing the story of how Bananas Foster was created was great fun - almost as good as eating one!
