Every time I come for a casual meal or a birthday celebration, it never disappoints. I love the Happy Hour with their seasonal drinks.

How disappointing! I’ve been a long term fan of Bristol Seafood Grill and usually go several times a year for special occasions. This time was different. Our group had reservations on Sunday for 5:45, arrived on time and were seated. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs, took our drink order, took our appetizer order, and things seemed right. Since it was early on Sunday evening the place was quiet with subdued conversations around us. Our drinks were excellent. The food, however was overdone. 2 had lobster bisque, which was good but not very warm. The bruschetta was unique in that it came as a circle of tomato salsa style with goat cheese on top and toasts to build your own bruschetta. That was a bit of work, and the tomatoes and cheese kept falling off. Disappointing but recoverable. The Calamari was rubbery and the coating just fell off - something not right. Again, recoverable. However, the entrees were overdone - seared ahi tuna came pretty well done vs seared. I had blackened tuna that was crisp (yes, crisp!) and overdone so that it wasn’t juicy but tough. Another dish was overdone as well. What should have been a friendly intimate dinner turned out to be a big disappointment at a price of $300. I would expect this from Red Lobster, but not Bristol! The meal really made me rethink my opinion of what has been a marvelous place to eat. I think I’ll try Bonefish Grill the next time I want a seafood dinner. Service was excellent but the kitchen staff blew this one.

Our experience was amazing. Our waiter went above and beyond- my husband son asked for Red Bulls, which they didn’t have. A short time later he arrived back to our table with a bag of Red Bulls from the gas station. Incredibly kind of him to do that, that is the kind of service that makes Bristol’s stand above the standards of fine dining.

Had an amazing night out at this fabulous place. Our server, Laura, was so attentive and made great recommendations. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails! Can’t wait to return again!

All went well with our visit and the food was good as usual. Things seemed to move a little slow this time, but we were having good conversation as a group. Appreciate it as always.

Had a lunch with friends at Bristols today. We love the alcove rooms which make it easy to visit and catch up. The food and service were excellent as always. I love the crabmelt!

We always go when they have the Lobster Fish & Chip special. It is delicious. I wish they would put it on the menu!
