4 courses and 4 mini cocktails for $125 including all fees, service charges and tax Wednesday, December 18th 6:30pm For the dinner we will be featuring Old Forester from their series featuring their historic recipes: 1870 Original Batch recipe, 1897 Bottle In Bond recipe, 1910 Old Fine recipe and 1920 Prohibition Style recipe. We will be featuring a cocktail from the decade of the specific whiskey's recipe. The guest will be drinking the specific whiskey in the most popular whiskey cocktail of that time period.

Christmas Dinner will be available Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Brooks will offer a featured menu with Braised Lamb Shank, Tomato Bisque, Peer Beet Salad and an amazing dessert from our Pastry Chef.
