Bryant & Cooper opened in 1986 with big ambitions: to bring the top tier New York City "steak house experience" to Long Island. Not only would the very finest quality, hand picked prime aged steaks be served, but an ambiance would be created that makes everyone feel like they are part of a special private club. For membership...just make a reservation. Founded by the three Poll brothers with two generations of restaurant ownership experience, Gillis, Dean and George learned at an early age that the secret of a great restaurant was to start with serving the very best. That is why the steaks, chops and jumbo lobsters are selected on a daily basis, and only the freshest side dishes find their way to a plate served at Bryant & Cooper. Over the years Bryant & Cooper has received superlative reviews for its entire menu. The New York Times has proclaimed it the "best steak house on Long Island."

    Unbelievable. I live, breathe, and die by Bryant and Cooper. One of the best steakhouses I have been to in my entire life. Best on the east coast. No competition among others in the same category. Cajun Ribeye is like medicine. Every appetizer is stellar and impeccable. I couldnt say nicer things about Bryant and Cooper. Ive been coming my entire life and will plan to bring everyone here including my family. Thanks for being the best.

    Great experience as always and B and C! Their Cajun flavor to the steaks is delicious! Service is top notch too. Great for special occasions.

    The food was delicious. The service was fair as it was difficult to understand the server due to hisstrong accent although I really tried.

    The tables were packed one on top of the other, and we felt like we were eating in a subway car as the noise level was ridiculous for such an expensive meal. You shouldn’t have to yell at the other people at your table due to the high noise level
