   Can’t go wrong if you’re in the mood for meat! ALL KINDS of meat. A great place to be adventurous in the restaurant that has Colorado’s liquor license number 1. Go and enjoy a trip back in history while you dine.

   Per usual, the Buckhorn Exchange never disappoints. The food and the service was excellent! The ambiance was second to none. Thank you to the staff for making my birthday celebration special.

   My date and I had the Bufalo prime rib and tenderloin. Both were excellant. We spent 2 hours having dinner and our server was more than accomodating. She made sure we were not rushed.

   Always love this place, and we like to take guests here when visiting from out of town. Everyone we bring always loves it as well. The atmosphere is unique and fun. The service was great. I wish I knew the name of our server because she was terrific. The food was very good. Our party had fun watching the 7-year old in our group try alligator for the first time. He didn't like it and made quite the face! All the adults love it, btw! The food seems a little overpriced, but perhaps there's an element around sourcing the wild game that I'm not aware of that adds to the cost of the meal. At those prices it's definitely a special occasion type of place. It's worth it, though, to have such a unique, memorable experience.
