    H "The decor feels outdated and could use an upgrade. The food, which used to be really good, was disappointing this time. I ordered the Miso Black Cod, and it only tasted like butter—no other flavors came through. I tried my husband's Seabass, and it also tasted like butter. The fried rice was overly buttery as well, and honestly, the fried rice I make at home is better. The drinks were okay, but the desserts weren’t appealing. We had the donuts once before, but they didn’t stand out. Overall, I won’t be coming back."

    Incredible food! We loved our cocktails as well. We got the Dumpling sampler and was delicious! The pork and edamame were our absolute favorite, all amazing. We got the shrimp lo mein, cashew chicken, and spring rolls as well. All flavorful, fresh, and piping hot! We loved this food and will be back on our next trip to Philly! We were seated in the main dining room near the kitchen. Although a bit busier and louder that area, it was very intimate with a great view of the Resturant in return. Thank you so much Buddakan! can’t wait to come back. :)

    Overall we were very happy with Buddakan. We gave 4/5 stars for food because the fish was overcooked but tasty. Our server was great but busy and we waited overlong for a few things. Still, great restaurant that we will return to.

    Thank you for having us. Dinner was so delicious! We enjoyed the edamame dumplings, calamari salad, tuna crudo, aged beef and sea bass! Service was impeccable.

    Our waitress, Rachel, was personable and ultra professional. The food was exquisite, portion wise, flavorful and temperature. Not my first time and will definitely continue coming back!

    My family had a wonderful experience. Everything was delicious. We had the tuna tartare spring rolls and the spicy rock shrimp bao bun for appetizers highly recommend and we shared the wok cashew chicken, black pepper beef, and shrimp lo mein. Black pepper beef was excellent And of course- service was excellent
