Always a great spot for lunch. The jumbo pretzel is light, airy & simply divine. The loaded nachos with bison are the bomb. Our server Miya was attentive, friendly and made our experience delightful.

Actually arrived by $25 Uber ride for a 6:30 resy and was told Buffalos was closed. The reservation was confirmed and website also confirms they are open “every day”. Were quickly convinced to try WYLD restaurant instead. Lousy service and very disappointing food. $40 Old Fashion, $72 ravioli with hardly any SRF short rib as described, swimming in brown sauce. I sent my $62 Seabrim back; rice hard as rock. $400 later we left and I was hungry. So much for the Ritz experience…

Amazing turkey leg! And the brussel sprouts were to die for! We’ll definitely add this to our list of favorites.

Great service and good was good. Over priced but it’s at the ritz Carlton so this is expected.

We usually do Apres at the Ritz and decided to give Buffalo's a try for dinner. There were four of us, no drinks, two appetizers (onions rings and salad), four dinners (friend chicken for 2, a NY strip and a trout) and two desserts (skillet cookie and banana pudding). no drinks. total with tip was $438 for BAR FOOD. For that amount of money we could have dine at Alpenrose twice, or even at Matsuisha and come away with enough left over for ice cream at Sundae's. The Ritz really needs to take a hard look at their pricing schedule and cater more to locals, at least in Buffalos. Sakaba is already stupidly expensive, and I am just not willing to pay that much for glorified bar food. The food was okay at best, definitely not worth what we paid. Save your money, find somewhere else to eat.

Tuna tartare was incredible. Husband’s soup was great. My fish was undercooked and broccoli was very tough.

The 1/2” deep small bowl of bison chili is what really got us. Ignoring that half our child’s food order never came, my husbands drink arrived when we were all done eating. Really need it to be better relative to the cost.
