    Nice meal this evening. Starters really good. Too much pizza so have bought some home. Turkey burger great. Beef Brisket lovely but a rather small portion.

    Great food. Waiter was very nice, helpful and very professional but friendly. Nice comfortable feel to the room and beautifully decorated for the season. All in all we had a lovely experience.

    The staff were all very polite, friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was excellent in terms of appearance and taste. The service was spot on for timings. All of our party of five guests were very impressive with the evening. The atmosphere was great for a busy Friday evening.

    The food was excellent and well presented. Unfortunately they seem to have lost our order and we waited nearly 60 minutes before our main course was presented. They did provide a free bread and olives while we waited and deducted the drinks from the bill. Overall the meal was superb despite the wait.

    We enjoyed a relaxed evening dinner. We had the prawn curry and the kedgeree that were both delicious and the pear & ginger pudding was a delightfully warming treat.

    Lovely meal again at Byfords, never fails to deliver, it was very busy hence was probably the reason service was a bit slower than usual.

    We’ve stayed at Byfords many many times in the past so much so we’ve now moved to Holt. We still pop to Byfords for dinner or brunch though. We booked dinner there a week or so ago and was shown to a table nearly in the car park. The food was very good as always but the service was very slow and so overall this time we were sadly disappointed.

    Lovely atmosphere. We had the afternoon tea extravaganza and it was faultless. Service was quick and super friendly, we were made to feel welcomed and at ease. The kids loved being able to go and take whatever sweet treats they liked and the savoury options were perfect too. Will definitely be returning for future extravaganzas!!

    Staff where great Setting superb Lovely ambience, I was impressed with the music. Food was lovely, mocha with cream & flake a lovely treat. If you love your sweet treats you’ll love this afternoon tea, they were all great. I loved the ginger bread cheesecake Sausage rolls banging sandwiches delicious Overall a great experience. Loved our table great view

    Yet again another living meal at byfords. This particular meal was to celebrate our 8yr olds birthday. Staff were great as was the food and overall meal. It’s why we come back to Byfords’s time and time again.
