CAFE CLUNY SEATS FOR BRUNCH SERVICE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS ON THE WEEKENDS BETWEEN 10AM AND 4PM.

Open since 2006, Cafe Cluny is a neighborhood spot offering French - American dishes with a polished flare. Our Executive Chef Andy Xu takes pride in his thoughtful selections here, as well as at our sister restaurants The Odeon and Café Luxembourg.

Whether you need that charming place for a date, are in search of the perfect brunch, or just want the best steak frites in town - you will be glad you came to the West Village's famous Cafe Cluny.

Due to demand, we are unable to hold your reservation past the time it has been booked. If you are not present at the time of your reservation, we will offer the table to waiting guests. Really nice date night spot. Little loud at times, but the vibe and the quality of the food makes up for it. Not cheap, though—no good if you’re broke. Still, I recommend! Just be careful with your wallet.

Overall a lovely experience - bit pricey for the quality of food which was good but not exceptional. Noise was very bad. I asked for wall seating and was kindly accommodated. We'd repeat the visit but not very often.

Cafe Cluny continues to be one of our favorite places for a great place full of interesting people wonderful wait staff and excellent food. They had excellent specials for this fun day all of which were perfect from the hot cocktail to the heart shaped ravioli with heart cut outs of beets and ending with superb chocolate truffles! Thanks for a special time!

The Cafe Cluny is a West Village treasure still worthy of its reputation. It's a cozy establishment that specializes in French cuisine and you better make a reservation in advance; it's always packed. I love the French Onion soup, the burgers and frites--also the seafood is always fresh and well prepared. I live in the neighborhood and it is one of my good-to places. Bravo.
