It was very nice. The wait staff was fabulous, and the food was quite tasty and reasonably priced. We were not rushed at all and had a great time.

Excellent brunch place. Omelet, mozzarella, tomato and pesto panini, and club sandwiches all delicious, as were the side salads. French fries a little stiff, but grilled potatoes delicious.

Really nice bistro in downtown Ann Arbor. Food was ordinary, steak/frites, but service was excellent - friendly, on point, at the right level. It was Parents Weekend, and the Restaurant was full of happy people! Nice place

Terrible! We didn’t see a waitress for a long time and then she proceeded to tell us what they didn’t’ have!! What bar runs out of tonic? And no French onion soup, at a French restaurant??? Really? We got up and left and went and had a fabulous meal at Knights!

Service was rushed at beginning, suggest bringing wine, then asking for food choices- it was done all at once. A nice wine was poured and a tasting did not happen to check the wine, the glasses were the wrong one for a red wine. Then toward end it was hard to get someone’s attention. The food was very good. The chef should be complimented. The waitress was nice yet not very professional.

We had brunch again today - Great breakfast - chicken and waffles with egg - (I added an extra egg and bacon) - the extras are very reasonable cost. Wife had the vege quiche - both were awesome - she added a chocolate croissant - this place has very different brunch items and is well worth a look. We will be back!

There wasn't anyone else dining inside the restaurant and there were 4 tables with people dining on the patio outside. No one waited on our table inside for about 15 minutes. I then approached the person at the desk at the entrance and asked exactly who was our waiter?? He apologized and then sent someone over to take our order. It took quite a while to get our food. The food was very good………… the service was extremely slow.

There were parts of the evening that could have been better... the food took a long time, the steak frites has been changed, and we felt rushed because they were closing at 9:30 on a Saturday night. After a decade of meals here, I could have overlooked an off night. However, I will not go back because I ordered decaf coffee and was served regular instead (as I write this at 4 am). It feels unethical and confirms my feeling that the server's main priority was leaving early. There are so many fantastic restaurants in Ann Arbor there is no reason to continue going to the mediocre ones. (I am updating my review to say that I spoke to a manager, who was very professional, responsive, and sorry about our experience. A good sign that they were having an off night.)

Waitstaff was very nice. We enjoyed the hamburger and it was very juicy. The cafe is very clean. Great meal on football Saturday!!

Delicious, cozy and friendly! It was our first time dining there and were so glad we gave it a try. We'll be back again for sure! Great for a date night or if you're in the mood for a 'fancier' dinner.
