We had a Great time the food was Great and the Band Groove Slayer were Fantastic. Our waitress Destiny was excellent. We will be back.

We usually love Murano but tonight’s meals were both sub par. It started out with bread we were told was hot but was cold. My wife’s meal was cold as was my veal parmigiana. The veal had way too much tomato sauce on it making it soggy and not crispy as it’s usually prepared.We were very disappointed as Muranos is our favorite place to go for a usually excellent meal.

Our waiter was great and comical. He helped with choosing our appetizers. The food was outstanding. We came from Palm coast and it was well worth the traffic to eat there.

Our waiter was attentive without being interruptive- he read the table My Italian French toast was fabulous! I could not finish it all!! My friend enjoyed her steak salad- The mimosa were truly “bottomless” Can’t wait to go again!!

The servers at Cafe Murano are consummate professionals and the food is outstanding! Our experience was lessened only by the noise level and seating in a very cold area on an unusually breezy, cold evening. In order to be more comfortable, we need to be more specific with our table reservations, I suppose.

The food was amazing and so was the service. Our one and only issue was getting seated. We stood at the host stand for about 5 minutes. Then when the hostess came, I told her I had a reservation and had requested a booth. She told us because we reserved through Open Table, they could not honor our request and wanted to put us outside. Absolutely not, because it was too cold out. She said unless we call to make a reservation, they won’t honor the booth request. We were, however, told we could sit at a hi-top in the bar area as they are first come first serve. So, that is what we did. What really ticked us off is that when we sat down, there were FOUR open booths. So I thought, maybe there were reservations coming up and that’s why we couldn’t get a booth. That would be NO. Those booths remained empty the entire time we were there. I did talk to the manager about it. He understood where we were coming from, understood how the hostess made us feel “less than”, because we dared to make a reservation on-line rather than calling the restaurant directly. He gave us his card and told us to call him next time. Also the background music was way too loud. We love the food and the service is always impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant. Just call directly if you want a booth.
