Food was great but service was poor. Dropped off our bottle of wine and never came back. Not sure who our waiter was. Long wait to clear table. Too many good restaurants in Naples to accept this experience!

We are sorry if you felt let down, unfortunately that night one of our server was not here for emergency, we did our best with the rest of the team to provide a good service, we work as a team and family and all the staff is taking care of the dining room, we should have told you about that so maybe feel more comfortable with our process. Our regular customer could attest that we are usually focused on our customer satisfaction and always to provide an attentive service. This was the third visit for my wife and I. We introduced our friends. They were grateful. We agreed that Normandie felt like, as we remembered it, eating in France. The selections were uniformly traditional French. We enjoyed green salads as fresh as can be, authentic escargot in garlic, and generous cuts of rack of lamb, cooked to perfection as ordered variously rare and medium rare. Simple and affordable selection of wines. Our selections included French Sancerre white, pinot noir, and cabernet; each was delicious and modestly priced. Spotless service. Very pleasant and eager staff. The place was filled with folks comfortably enjoying the ambiance.

I have been here at least 3 times over the last year and a half. Always the experience is good, but, sometimes it is better. The duck that us usually very good was over done this time, very dry. The vegetables were loaded with garlic. I returned them and a new order came out without the garlic. The scalloped potatoes that are usually delicious had less cheese and did not have a crispy top. The bouillabaisse was delicious. The dessert choice for the $49 prix fixe was ice cream, chocolate mousse , or crem brulee. To me this is all desserts for the toothless or as I call nursing home food. Should be better offers for the prix fixe. Do not know if I will return.

CAfe Normandie is one of our favorite restaurants, and they didn't disappoint for Christmas Eve dinner. Diverse menu mad it difficult to choose. Food was outstanding.
