Café Zola is an independently owned and operated restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in downtown Ann Arbor. Our menus are inspired by flavors and recipes borrowed from European and Mediterranean cultures and cuisine, including some Turkish recipes. We are committed to sourcing the freshest and highest quality ingredients available and supporting local businesses, farms, and suppliers. Café Zola’s seasonal menus emphasize organic and local produce, dairy, eggs, poultry, meat and seafood. Our full service bar features artisanal cocktails, happy hour specials, and a rotating wine selection chosen from various small production vineyards throughout the world.

We enjoyed the Valentine’s menu, especially the fig and Stilton & braised carrots starters and the Cid special! James was super attentive and we’re glad he works for Zola! Nice to see him these past several years taking care of us.

Sunday morning brunch was excellent! Blood orange mimosas were not only beautiful they were delicious. Don’t miss out on the bagel-we shared this as an appetizer and the veggies and cream cheese made it a crowd pleaser. Will return next time we’re in town.

James did an excellent job taking care of us. Appetizers were excellent and all our meals were delicious. We will be returning.

Solid experience. Been here many times over the years and they are very consistent across the board. An Ann Arbor institution at this point.

We had a girls night out at Cafe Zola during Ann Arbor restaurant week. The food and drinks were great, the atmosphere was great and the service was great. James are server was very attentive and accommodating.

We were very excited to try their Ann Arbor Restaurant Week menu that was posted online, but they wouldn’t honor it. I ordered the same items, but was told I had to order them on the regular menu because they had “discrepancies” on the restaurant week one. I checked at the end of restaurant week and the same menu was still posted.

We had the best service/ this evening and everything we had was delicious. I had the spicy cod with curried cauliflower and it was amazing.

one server for most of restaurant , yet she did well food delicious but grape leaf rolls didn’t come out with meal . we had to ask , yet they were advertised on menu. bread board delicious but toasted to much. bread too hard ! almost stale butter cold and firm. difficult to use on bread. resistant very loud, close tables , you could tone down the music. your ethnic coffees way overpriced. $6.50 for 30 grand of muddy coffee that wasn’t even hot. s some changes should be made for sure. not as excited this visit

Absolutely wonderful today!! We went for a late lunch. I had one of the savory crepes, my friends had the flat iron steak sandwiches. We had a pot of the ginger rooibos tea, and split a couple of yummy desserts. I have found that Zola's consistently serves high quality food. Service was great! It was quieter than usual since we were there on a Monday afternoon.
