Capture a magical moment of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s past as you dine in one of its most historic buildings. The four-diamond Cannery Restaurant of today is reminiscent of its former life as a canning factory in the 1800s, where Niagara peaches and tomatoes were canned until 1957. Chef Mark Longster continues to serve up the best of the region in his menus which feature the freshest local produce and fine wines. Chef Longsters food is prepared and presented perfectly, for your ultimate dining experience.

Easter brunch was great. Large selection of food with 5 different areas to select from. Something for everyone including a large dessert selection. I never complain about the cost of dining out, that usually has no bearing whatsoever on choosing where to go. But I’m not 100 percent convinced it was worth the $70 per person but to be honest that’s the least of my concerns. My family had a lovely time and the Atmosphere is amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quality of the food was good. I do know one thing. We didn’t leave hungry. There is lots to choose from. We already booked for Mother’s Day. Highly recommended.

The couple times have been there. My experience was excellent. No problems. Service was great. Food is excellent. I will definitely definitely recommend it to friends.

Great dining experience to enjoy a delicious meal and the best of local wine with family for special occasions. Always celiac-safe with many gluten-free options. Have never gone wrong over many years of dining here.

This was one of the BEST meals we’ve had in Niagara on the lake. Thoroughly enjoyed it from food, to atmosphere and service. Derek was an absolute Gem! The ribeye was delectable and would choose it again! Kudos to the whole team.
