Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Sam probably Samantha for short was awesome! She explained everything in great detail. She made sure we had drink refills without us having to ask. She was professional and very courteous. When we return we would love to have her again! It was 3 couples and all of us really enjoyed our food. NY strip, lamb chops, and pasta dishes were ordered. French onion soup was awesome! Bread was delicious with the most awesome salted butter! I would love to be able to buy the butter to take home!

    Wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the doors everyone was super friendly and welcoming - they were genuinely excited to have us in their restaurant! Samantha was fantastic - all service was exceptional. Food was great!

    I’ll start by saying the food was great! However, in meeting up with some special friends, the valet parking was understaffed (I finally parked two football fields away after a 15-minute wait); the lobby was extremely crowded; the booth that I had requested in my reservation was filled by other diners; other tables in the veranda area were reserved (?) so we couldn’t sit at one of them; finally we were seated at a small tall top in the corridor between the bar and main dining area; and the “ambience” almost precluded normal conversation! As much as I liked the food, I’ll certainly consider other restaurants that better deliver on guest experiences.

    It was a great meal which as further enhanced by the service we received from William. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary.

    Excellent meal! Our food was delicious, our server was the best and the entire evening was enjoyable. Will definitely be back soon and we will ask for Kyra (Anthony G.) The Beet Salad is one of my favorite anywhere. There are no bad entrees. Enjoy.

    Overall, very good experience. Ambiance and service were excellent. Just a little disappointed in having some grit/ shell debris in the oysters and the jumbo lump crab this time. Desserts were delicious (cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake).
