Welcome to Capital's newest restaurant concept. Located in the heart of Orange County inside Irvine Spectrum. With much success in its other location in the Diamond Jamboree center, Capital decided to launch another location in the O.C. Capital is most known for its award winning dim sum and fresh seafood selections. With over 100 dim sum selections to choose from daily and great fresh seafood offerings. Dim Sum favorites such as Sui Mai, Shrimp Har Gow and Baked B.B.Q. Buns are customer favorites to name a few. Live Seafood offerings from our 300 gallon tanks consist of Alaskan King Crab, Maine Lobsters, Dungeness Crab and Catch of the Day. This new concept offers a full bar with an outdoor patio dining experience. Reservations are suggested and offsite catering and private dining are available.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Food was great - service everyone seemed to be to busy to acknowledge us or have time to bring us water or take our order. 15-17 mins after being seated and trying to flag someone done did our order get taken. The food did come in a reasonable time and it was hot. So that was good! The place was not busy so I can’t use that as an excuse for the delay or lack of attention

A lot of service items in plain view of guest for instance a large stack of To-go containers and other traditional "back of house" items in plain view. Service was inconsistant.

We were meeting friends there. Parking is conveniently just across the street. Our server was friendly and patient in guiding us through the menu. We ordered vegetable egg roles, hot and sour soup, chicken congee and a tofu vegetable dish. Everything was delicious, and our table had a lazy Susan, which made it easy to let us serve ourselves. We will definitely return.

Terrible service. Soy sauce is served in packets and anytime I needed something there was no server in site. Oh and there were flies.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Our food was outstanding, everything was delicious. However, the atmosphere was lacking. The decor is dated and a little shabby and the lighting is a little too bright. There was also quite a few small fruit flies flying around our table that we had to shoo away throughout our entire meal.

The service could not have been worse and food was served lukewarm & inaccurate dishes were brought to our table twice before getting the dishes we actually ordered. We had to tackle waiters to get water, and the main course was delivered before the appetizers, even though the appetizers were ordered 15 minutes before the main course, I requested to speak with the manager who is actually blew us off. We had to request our steamed rice since it was not delivered with the meal. We struggled the entire meal to get the attention of the wait staff, which got even worse after we complained to the manager. I would not recommend dining here unless you won the lottery, and even then GO ELSEWHERE! This restaurant is receiving my lowest recommendation ever!
